TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Security deposit will be refunded at the time of vacating the room.
• Client/s have to pay their rents on the given due date every month.
• Client/s will be held responsible in case they pay their rents without receiving the bills duly signed.
• One month’s previous notice must be given when vacating the premises between 1st to 5th of every          succeeding month in advance without any default. Deposit is refundable.
• The Rental period is from 1st to 31st.
• Any Client/s causing any injury or damage to the property will be prosecuted.
• Smoking is allowed in the smoking area only and strictly not allowed in apartment and even in society premises.
• Outsiders/friends, Relatives are not allowed in apartment as well as in the society premises Only relative is allowed to stay in side the premises.
• Liquor is also not allowed in the apartment and even in society premises.
• Switches and all electronic items should be turned off when not in use as well as before leaving the apartments (if         no one’s at home).
• We charge to client/s only for the stay and all the additional facilities provided are complimentary.
• Client/s is completely responsible for his belongings. No complaint will be entertained for the any lost / larceny.
